As the 23rd Police Chief of the Fresno Police Department, it is my privilege to lead the women and men of one of the finest police departments in the nation. As your chief of police, I make the commitment to build and maintain public trust while partnering with the community to make Fresno one of the safest large cities in California.
The job of a police officer is extremely complex and difficult, especially in these ever-changing times. Police officers must have the support of their community and their police leaders to be successful and accomplish their mission. Budgetary constraints often make it difficult to provide the necessary equipment and training for our staff, both sworn and professional. Through the support of the Fresno Police Chief’s Foundation we are able to maintain and grow the high level of performance our department has continued to provide to the Fresno community.
By supporting the Fresno Police Chief’s Foundation you help us train, equip, and support our police officers so we can accomplish our mission. Together, along with the support of community members, the Fresno Police Department will be the model for success not only in the Central Valley but in the State of California and beyond.
